Waiter / Steward

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter / Steward to join our team at Chixy Chick 'N' Cafe in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately taking and serving orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately record customer orders and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
• Keep dining tables and service zones clean and tidy at all times.
• Address customer needs and resolve basic issues courteously.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Support billing processes, payment handling, and table arrangements as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills geared toward customer satisfaction.
• A positive mindset with the ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Well-presented, punctual, and capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
• Previous experience in restaurant service is an advantage but not essential.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR.
