Role Overview
This position involves providing excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests, assisting them with menu selections, and ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patrons with professionalism and friendliness.
- Introduce menu offerings and communicate special dishes and ongoing promotions clearly to guests.
- Accurately record customer food and drink requests and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly, maintaining courteous and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables to prepare for incoming guests.
