Position Overview
Gemini Search Partners is collaborating with a private equity-backed healthcare services firm that operates nationwide to find an executive technology leader. This role will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to enhance and scale technology systems supporting a complex healthcare network. The position, flexible in title between VP and SVP, involves leadership not only in cybersecurity but also encompassing enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, vendor management, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure and cloud operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cybersecurity and information security initiatives, integrating with broader operational strategy.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments effectively at the enterprise level.
- Coordinate with managed service providers and key strategic vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to support 24/7 healthcare operations.
- Drive infrastructure modernization efforts and promote operational excellence throughout the technology organization.

Candidate Profile
The ideal applicants will have demonstrated success managing enterprise technology across geographically distributed healthcare settings supporting critical operations. Essential expertise includes infrastructure leadership, cybersecurity management, cloud platform operations, vendor management, and driving operational improvements.
- Typical current roles might include VP of Enterprise Technology, VP of Infrastructure & Operations, VP of Infrastructure & Security, Deputy CIO, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), or VP of Information Security.
Work Location and Travel
This is a remote position based in the United States with the expectation of occasional travel to operating sites and corporate meetings as required.
