Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who goes beyond simply crafting visuals to actively solving business challenges through research, innovative ideas, and impactful design. This role supports a remote or onsite format.

Key Responsibilities

Designing effective marketing funnels to optimize customer acquisition.
Developing user flow diagrams for targeted landing pages.
Generating hypotheses and validating them through extensive A/B testing.
Analyzing conversion funnels of direct and indirect competitors.
Interpreting user behavior using internal analytics tools.
Collaborating closely with a skilled team of designers, developers, and analysts.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of one year of professional experience in web design.
Advanced proficiency with Figma design software.
Strong understanding of composition principles, typography, and color theory.
Business-oriented mindset focusing on design that drives conversion growth rather than aesthetic alone.
Ability to present information clearly and structured (research results, concept presentations, brainstorming ideas).
Competence in defending design decisions and accepting constructive feedback.
Eagerness for professional development and advancement.
