Key responsibilities

• Find, evaluate, and hire dental talent for the US market.
• Support hiring across positions such as dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, office managers, lab technicians, and other dental support roles.
• Use ATS tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates.
• Set up interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a reliable talent pipeline while working toward recruitment goals.
• Keep ATS data up to date and send candidate profiles within the required timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in US staffing is required.
• Background in US dental recruitment is preferred.
• Professionals from US healthcare recruiting are also welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sourcing, and negotiation abilities are needed.
• Practical experience with ATS platforms and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder is expected.
