Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment activities across various positions. The role emphasizes working with data, fostering a metrics-driven approach, while assisting in report and dashboard preparation to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with candidates, employees, and alumni to maintain strong connections across stakeholders.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination to ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process.
- Oversee and facilitate the complete interview lifecycle from initiation to conclusion.
- Organize and execute virtual interview sessions and recruitment events.
- Develop and post job advertisements, assist in resume and application screening, and provide clear feedback to candidates.
- Update and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards regularly to aid decision-making.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience is preferable, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must have completed a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
- Prior exposure to recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced, and large-scale organizations is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with all stakeholders including candidates.
