About the Role
Are you enthusiastic and sociable with a passion for fashion retail? Join a welcoming team as a Third Key Holder, a position focused on assisting with visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and managing store operations in the absence of senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations including opening/closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.
- Create an inviting atmosphere by greeting and engaging every customer while demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Operate the cash register to process customer purchases efficiently.
- Follow all company policies and uphold store standards according to the employee manual.
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with company operational procedures.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in retail.
- High school diploma considered an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of delegating tasks and taking responsibility.
- Proven leadership skills to guide a team positively and inclusively.
Physical and Availability Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
- Capacity to move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $17.20.
