  • In-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), covering Unit, Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing within Agile and Waterfall models.
  • Experience deploying test strategies supporting Integration Testing, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD) in Agile settings.
  • Proficiency with manual, automated, and performance testing tools to deliver comprehensive test coverage across multiple platforms.
  • Strong command of JIRA and related plugins for defect tracking, test execution, and quality monitoring.
  • Capability to translate user stories and functional specs into detailed test scenarios and scripts.
  • Expertise in defect management including prioritization, root cause analysis, and assessing readiness for release.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities complemented by meticulous attention to quality and detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with teams across various locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commitment to ongoing learning about emerging testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in exploring and adopting novel testing approaches to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Participation in professional testing communities, conferences, or forums.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement.
