Role Responsibilities

• Handling payment and receipt transactions with clients.
• Managing the daily funds provided to clients efficiently.
• Preparing daily financial reports on fund disbursements.
• Safeguarding cashier funds by securing them in a safe.
• Conducting investigations into any missing or surplus funds.
• Recording all deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately in the computer system.
• Ensuring that all transactions are balanced at the close of each day.

Qualifications and Experience

• A graduate degree in economics or finance, with strong knowledge of microfinance operations.
• Experience working as a cashier at a local bank.
• Customer service experience within banking environments.
• Proficient in managing fund transactions, including withdrawals and payments.
• Fluency in French and Lingala; familiarity with other national languages is advantageous.
• Demonstrates courteous, disciplined, and polite behavior towards customers.
• Committed Christian values, embodying honesty, courtesy, discipline, and politeness.
• Competent in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least one year of professional experience in a related role.
