Overview

Fakhri Printing Works is urgently looking to hire a Telesales Executive to join their team at their Mumbai location. The role involves managing company-provided leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads provided by the company to convey product and service information professionally.
• Effectively communicate and follow up to convert leads into successful sales.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent engagement.
• Update and maintain customer data, sales progress, and follow-up statuses in the CRM system.
• Keep precise records of all sales transactions and customer information.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically in telesales.
• Graduate degree is required.
• Proficient in managing and updating CRM data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective customer engagement.
• Ability to perform consistent follow-ups to drive lead conversion.
• Basic computer skills for handling sales tools and databases.
• Fluency in basic English language.
