Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to join The Lexsphere team located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound communications with prospective clients, primarily by phone and digital messaging platforms including WhatsApp and Instagram. The successful candidate will explain service offerings clearly, convert inquiries into paid services, and coordinate client interactions with the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and follow-up outreach with potential clients who engage via WhatsApp or Instagram, using structured qualification and follow-up protocols.
• Conduct outbound calls to individuals and business prospects as assigned, employing approved call scripts.
• Present The LexSphere's service levels and pricing details accurately as per published information, refraining from any unofficial price negotiation.
• Convert initial free queries into paid consultations and services by adhering to a predefined follow-up schedule (Day 0, Day 2, Day 7).
• Record all calls and lead interactions diligently on the same day in the tracking system.
• Arrange confirmed consultation appointments and calls within the Advocates' calendars.
• Gather essential client data and necessary documents to initiate legal cases and ensure a smooth transfer to the legal department.
• Refer any discount or pricing exceptions to management rather than negotiating independently.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and conversion rates consistently.
