Job Overview
Tivoox For Installation and Design of Technology is seeking a Telemarketer proficient in English and Malayalam to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will engage with prospective and current clients to communicate product and service offerings, generate new business leads, and foster strong customer relations.
Key Duties
- Proactively place outbound calls to potential customers to describe and promote products or services.
- Handle incoming calls to address customer questions and provide information.
- Consistently identify and pursue sales leads, with regular follow-ups to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications within a CRM or similar system.
- Achieve designated call quotas on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam is essential.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, including MS Excel; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Proven persuasive communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience will be considered a valuable asset.
