About the Role
Jain Infotech invites motivated and self-assured individuals to become Telecallers, contributing to our dynamic team based in Visakhapatnam. The role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, educating them about our products and services, generating and qualifying leads, and keeping meticulous customer interaction records.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiating outbound contact with prospective customers to introduce company offerings.
- Communicating product and service details clearly and professionally.
- Generating and assessing potential leads for further action.
- Following up with customers showing interest to nurture relationships.
- Accurately documenting call details and customer information.
- Collaborating with the sales department to facilitate successful lead conversions.
- Meeting daily calling targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of at least 10th grade pass, intermediate, or graduate.
- Proficient communication skills in Telugu; knowledge of English and Hindi is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Excellent listening ability with persuasive communication skills.
Compensation & Working Terms
Full-time Role: Monthly salary of INR 8000 plus INR 2000 attendance bonus, along with performance-linked incentives.
Working days: Monday through Saturday
Shift duration: 10 hours daily
Part-time Role: Monthly wage of INR 4000 plus INR 1000 attendance bonus, supplemented by performance incentives.
Working days: Monday through Saturday
Working hours: 5 hours each day
Training Information
Short-term training lasting 3 to 4 days will be conducted without pay. Employment and remuneration will commence only upon satisfactory training completion and authorization.
