- Partner with company leadership and colleagues to strategize headcount planning, create new job requisitions, and evaluate hiring feedback.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives such as coordinating technical talks, participating in external industry events, and proactive outreach to attract premier talent.
- Work with team on building employer branding campaigns and strategies.
- Leverage data analytics and metrics assessment to innovate and improve talent acquisition standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Expertise in executive search or low-volume, complex role filling.
- Familiarity with negotiating equity or stock options in candidate offers.
- Ability to deliver outcomes resourcefully without extensive budgets or established systems.
- Comfortable direct engagement with senior technical leadership including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent recruitment projects and adapt rapidly to changing priorities.
- High resilience in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location and Work Environment
- Position is based at our state-of-the-art 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Hawthorne, CA, featuring collaborative open spaces for research, development, and manufacturing.
- The role requires a full-time onsite commitment, five days per week, given the fast-paced, highly interactive team environment.
Benefits and Compensation
- An inclusive workplace culture valuing diversity, collaboration, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Opportunity to join early in our company’s growth trajectory and contribute meaningfully to scaling transformative technology.

- Fully employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance with options for premium PPO and HMO plans.
- Life insurance coverage.
- Traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plans.
- Paid time off including vacation, sick days, and holidays.
- Generous paid parental leave with extended transition support for birthing parents.
- Daily complimentary catered meals (lunch and dinner) and access to a stocked kitchenette.
- Casual dress code, flexible work hours, and regular team-building catered events.
- Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications, ranging approximately from $75,000 to $150,000 annually alongside significant stock options.
