About the Role
As a Team Member Plus, you'll embrace the value of 'Getting Stuck In', working flexibly across multiple departments within the resort. This position entails supporting various teams to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience, with diverse tasks that change day-to-day.
Your weekly schedule includes cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the other days will have you participating in sports and activities, restaurants and quick-serve food outlets, buffets, bars and shops, or even the fairground, sometimes covering multiple areas in a single day.
There is also an opportunity to pursue apprenticeships such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 during your employment, with more information provided throughout the recruitment process.
About You
We seek energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable individuals who are eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others. No prior experience is required; your positive attitude, willingness to engage fully, and passion for enhancing guest experiences are most important.
New team members receive a thorough 90-day induction and dedicated buddy support to help settle in. This role is a great foundation for those interested in building a career in hospitality by gaining hands-on experience in key guest-facing areas.
Additionally, if you hold qualifications such as FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes certification, or NCPLH personal licence, you are especially encouraged to apply.
Role Details

- 30 to 35 hours per week spread over 5 days within a 7-day period
- Includes availability during evenings and weekends
- Live-in accommodation may be provided for relocating employees
