Team Lead

About the Role

RIVEA Foundation is looking for a motivated and energetic Team Lead to oversee and drive its social development projects in the Alibag area. This role demands planning, execution, supervision, and detailed reporting of all NGO activities, while providing leadership and guidance to the field team and maintaining effective connections with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide all activities conducted by the RIVEA Foundation within the designated location.
• Plan, execute, and track initiatives in education, healthcare, community upliftment, and other social sectors.
• Act as a liaison with schools, governmental bodies, local authorities, corporate social responsibility partners, and community leaders.
• Manage field teams and volunteers to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Arrange awareness programs, training workshops, meetings, and community engagement events.
• Monitor ongoing progress to guarantee the achievement of project goals.
• Maintain and update beneficiary records, data management systems, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Handle administrative duties related to project undertakings.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology.
