Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the People Resourcing Centre and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment requirements.
• Source candidates by leveraging various recruitment channels, social media, and innovative tools to develop a reliable talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing applicants to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.
• Engage with government agencies and external organizations to support hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Capable of working autonomously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, able to take initiative, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
