Role Overview

This position is a fixed-term contract for 24 months as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves leading recruitment processes, conducting interviews, overseeing candidate selection and effectively managing recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with departments to define and create job and candidate profiles for external searches.
Compose and publish job advertisements for internal and external markets.
Monitor and actively manage recruiting processes for assigned filling projects, including evaluating applications and forwarding suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews with appropriate applicants.
Conduct in-person hiring interviews alongside leaders at the Schrobenhausen location and support virtual technical discussions.
Assess candidate alignment with job profiles, teams, and MBDA culture; advise managers on hiring decisions.
Prepare works council reviews, consult and coordinate with the council, represent decisions during council meetings.
Represent MBDA positively to ensure a great candidate experience.
Work closely with HR Business Partners regarding job placements, pay grading, and development planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

A completed relevant degree with emphasis on human resources or equivalent qualification.
Several years of comprehensive recruiting experience across blue-collar, commercial, and engineering positions under both collective and non-collective agreements.
Solid expertise in structured, competency-based interview techniques.
Multiple years’ experience in personnel diagnostics for assessing technical and personal suitability.
Basic knowledge of labor law, particularly in hiring contexts involving works council participation.
Ability to evaluate job requirements and application documents critically.
Proficiency with common recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Empathy and tact when engaging with candidates and leadership.
Strong skill in crafting target audience-appropriate texts.
Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented working style.
Willingness to be present at the Schrobenhausen office; remote work is very limited.

Salary and Benefits

Flexible working hours with a flextime arrangement.
Annual gross salary up to €80,000 (for a 40-hour workweek) in the first year.
Entry with a development plan and guaranteed salary increase even if all requirements are not yet fully met.
