Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Integrator to develop and maintain the foundational backend systems that empower our agency’s operations. This role is essential for resolving bottlenecks in our expanding infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration across all platforms and workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and implement core infrastructure systems supporting lead flow—from paid advertising to CRM, booking, and follow-up processes.
Oversee client onboarding workflows, reporting, tracking, and internal operational systems, ensuring flawless data integration throughout.
Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, tracking errors, and automation breakdowns before they impact operations.
Conduct regular quality assurance audits of accounts and systems to maintain smooth functionality for clients.
Collaborate with sales, account management, and media buying teams to pinpoint inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and bottlenecks, replacing them with automation and enhanced processes.
Lead the development of AI-driven automation and internal tools to reduce manual tasks, accelerate processes, and boost overall output.

Rapidly addressing client and internal system issues.
Engaging in focused development of automations and integration systems.
Debugging CRM and tracking discrepancies.
Consulting with team members to optimize workflows and implement new technology.
Testing innovative tools and AI capabilities for agency enhancement.
Continuously delivering system improvements and ensuring data flows correctly to meet client needs.

Requirements

Starting hourly wage between $13 and $16 USD.
