- Ensure completeness and consistency of requirements and obtain formal approval before design begins.
- Maintain a traceability matrix linking requirements to design, development, and testing artefacts, managing changes through formal controls with impact assessments.
- Analyze current business processes with flowcharts and partner with SAP consultants to design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.

- Document test outcomes, lessons learned, and secure user acceptance sign-offs.
- Work with Data Lead on data migration requirements, including source-target mappings and data governance rules.
- Evaluate legacy data structures, highlight cleansing and transformation needs, validate migration results through mock runs, and support validation during final production migration.
- Maintain comprehensive application documentation including functional specifications, integration diagrams, and configuration guidelines.
- Support requirement analysis for non-SAP applications such as SalesBuzz, SalesCode, Shelfr, and SO99.
- Manage SharePoint IT Governance documentation, including decision logs and change histories.
- Provide post-deployment support by analyzing issues raised by users and collaborating with IT teams for resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying possible system upgrades and process automations.
