Role Overview

Join a compassionate team providing one-on-one support to a young adult with complex needs in their own residence. Your primary aim is to assist them in living safely, happily, and as independently as possible through day and waking night shifts.

Work Environment and Shift Details

• Location: Sturminster Newton
• Day shifts: 3pm to 10pm
• Waking night shifts: 10pm to 9:30am
• Shift schedules can be flexible based on candidate availability

The role requires full personal care responsibilities, meal preparation, and adherence to detailed routines.

Candidate Requirements
