Support Executive

About the Role

Indiminds Technologies LLP is seeking a passionate Support Executive to join their team focused on creating innovative technological solutions for capital markets. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in financial market operations and brokerage processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage brokerage operations encompassing the complete trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement procedures.
• Ensure accurate segregation of funds and securities in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Engage with API integrations and system interfaces, liaising effectively with development teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation.
• Lead product deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, support client onboarding, and deliver client training sessions.
• Maintain excellent communication channels and foster strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience within a brokerage firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in brokerage operations, including trade lifecycle management, clearing and settlement, and compliance workflow adherence.
• Proven hands-on experience working with APIs and system integration tasks.
• Skillful in implementation, product support, and client engagement processes.
• Strong communication abilities and client management aptitude.
