Role Summary

As a Supply Chain Specialist within the ANZ Operations team, you will manage demand execution aspects of the supply chain. Reporting to ANZ leadership and collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Planner, this role involves hands-on, comprehensive operational activities that ensure smooth customer service and supply chain functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels in ANZ.
• Manage delivery schedules, shelf-life requirements, and ensure delivery performance metrics compliance.
• Address customer queries, resolve supply or delivery challenges, and keep precise records.
• Oversee claims investigations, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
• Coordinate inbound logistics by working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport teams, managing container schedules and updates.
• Manage container deliveries and receiving at third-party logistics providers using the ERP system.
• Maintain inbound shipment schedules and promptly communicate any discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Support warehouse activities such as stock reconciliations, FIFO adherence, stock adjustments, and CHEP pallet administration.
• Assist inventory reporting and upkeep of crucial operational data.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for finished goods from co-packers to 3PL sites, including document management.
• Contribute to regular operational reporting and participate in supply chain planning, improvement projects, and relevant meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or order fulfillment roles.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Comfortable and experienced with ERP systems for order or inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data handling and manipulation.
• Effective and proactive communicator, both written and verbal.
• Able to manage competing priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
• FMCG background is advantageous but not mandatory; motivation and curiosity are valued.
• Willing to occasionally participate in early morning or evening calls with international teams.
