Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Intern

About the internship

This internship is focused on supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory coordination for a fast-moving business environment. You will support vendor management, purchasing workflows, warehousing coordination, and stock tracking while working closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What you will do

• Assist with purchasing tasks, supplier discovery, contract follow-ups, and initiatives aimed at lowering costs.
• Contribute to the development of scalable procurement and sourcing processes that support business expansion.
• Coordinate with vendors using performance measures such as cost, quality, and delivery.
• Help maintain healthy supplier relationships and support vendor quality review activities.
• Work with freight partners, shipping providers, warehouse teams, and last-mile delivery teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Support route, timeline, and logistics cost optimization efforts.
• Track inventory across sales, rentals, demos, and field deployments through the IMS.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce stock-outs, overstocking, and asset handling errors.
• Assist in managing rental inventory across its lifecycle and across different storage locations.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, technicians, and demo teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day tasks.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Noida, and must be able to start between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026. The internship duration is 6 months. Candidates should be from Noida and have relevant skills and interest in the field.

Other requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA, Supply Chain certification, or B.Tech is preferred.
• Prior internship exposure in hardware, kiosk, retail tech, events, or deployment-oriented businesses is a strong advantage.

Stipend

You will receive a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 15,000.
