About the Internship

This internship places you in the founders’ office, where you will support strategic work across research, analysis, partnerships, investor material preparation, and cross-functional coordination. The role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with diverse teams, and contributing directly to company-wide priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Study markets, competitors, and customer segments to inform business decisions.
Create presentations, reports, and materials used for investors and internal discussions.
Support fundraising efforts and help prepare for investor due diligence.
Assist in building strategic relationships with OEMs, suppliers, hospitals, fleet operators, and other ecosystem partners.
Monitor important company initiatives and follow up with internal teams to keep work on track.
Help coordinate projects that involve engineering, product, operations, and business functions.
Carry out financial, commercial, and operational analysis for planning and decision-making.
Develop and update dashboards, trackers, and business records/documentation.
Research EV-related government policies, regulations, grants, and incentive schemes.
Take on special assignments directly from the founders.

Eligibility and Who Can Apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. Applicants should also have relevant skills and interests.

Additional Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Strong research ability and the confidence to learn unfamiliar topics independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar is preferred.
Prior internship exposure in a startup, consulting firm, investment firm, automotive company, or technology company is an advantage.
Exposure to EVs, mobility, manufacturing, or climate tech is preferred.
Experience with Excel modeling, PowerPoint, Notion, Airtable, or project management tools is an advantage.
Applicants should demonstrate curiosity, ownership, a data-driven approach, integrity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Internship Details

This is a 6-month, full-time, on-site internship in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The stipend is INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month. There are 2 openings. The internship starts immediately.
