Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut addresses complex challenges at scale, driving efficiency and enabling global expansion through inventive problem-solving and system design. The Strategy & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in directing expansion strategies and operational execution, particularly focusing on growth in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve scalable operational processes that support Revolut’s rapid growth in Singapore.
Collaborate with local Operations and London headquarters to develop detailed operational playbooks and integrate new products.
Identify and prioritize high-impact projects, establish strategies, and set timelines to meet objectives effectively.
Investigate and recommend new features to enhance seamless customer experiences.
Oversee critical vendor partnerships and implement performance tracking mechanisms.
Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 3 years’ experience in consulting, startup expansion, or similar fast-paced roles.
A degree in STEM or another quantitatively rigorous discipline.
Proven ability to lead and fully manage complex projects from conception through completion.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to decompose intricate problems into simpler components.
Enjoyment and proficiency working with data.
Innate curiosity and a passionate drive to make an impactful contribution.
Interest in the financial sector.
Beneficial but not mandatory: proficiency in SQL.
