Role Overview
Currently, Brink’s Cash Services is seeking a Stores Operative at our Holly Road Branch. The primary objective of this role is to manage store operations effectively, maintain sufficient product stock levels, and ensure a tidy, safe, and well-functioning environment to support smooth departmental and employee activities.

Experience and Credentials
- At least 2 years’ experience within a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Effective communication skills across different organizational levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Valid forklift license and operational experience
- Possession of a driving license
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage stock orders by requesting replenishments based on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and forecasted needs, alongside daily and weekly inventory counts and discrepancy reporting
- Perform administrative duties related to store operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including labeling and keeping storage areas efficient
- Manage weekly orders for the branch and customers
- Verify deliveries by inspecting, signing off quantities, and storing goods correctly
- Handle maintenance tasks such as yard and front-of-house upkeep
- Assist with basic facility repairs and support the facilities team as needed
- Manage ATM parts by collecting, returning, and replacing components
- Support operations teams on request
- Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned to ensure smooth store functionality
