Job Overview

The role is instrumental in supporting store sales and enhancing customer experience. Reporting directly to the store manager, responsibility includes managing the back-store warehouse operations encompassing shipping, handling, dispatch, parts management, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all back-store warehouse functions such as shipping, handling, dispatching, and delivery oversight.
• Manage the shipping and receiving departments including material handlers and delivery staff.
• Guarantee efficient handling of inbound and outbound merchandise and ensure proper care of products.
• Handle customer returns in coordination with credit note issuance processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and delivery management software.
