Overview
The Store Supervisor at Ajeera Enterprises is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the clothing retail store to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily store operations and maintain smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage store employees by assigning duties and monitoring their performance.
- Ensure garments and merchandise are properly displayed and organized.
- Provide excellent customer support and uphold high service standards.
- Supervise stock inventory, collaborate with inventory or store managers to replenish goods as needed.
- Manage billing processes, cash handling, and prepare basic sales reports.
- Train newly hired staff on store policies, product details, and sales methods.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and adhere to brand presentation standards.
- Address customer complaints and manage product returns or exchanges.
- Monitor daily sales figures and report progress to the management team.
