Position Overview

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and world-class service daily. This position involves educating customers about our products, participating in promotions and events, and supporting the team in achieving company objectives. It offers opportunities for growth alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service based on the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute proactively to fostering a positive team atmosphere where ideas, feedback, and suggestions are openly shared.
• Gain knowledge and assist across various store departments including customer service, product expertise, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Support daily retail operations such as managing Point of Sale systems, replenishing stock, handling pricing and markdown tasks, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Demonstrate leadership by partnering with Store Management to enhance personal sales performance using effective sales strategies.
• Comply with Crocs, Inc.'s Asset Protection policies to prevent shortages, control inventory, and adhere to compliance protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Education level of at least O Level or equivalent.
• One to two years of work experience, ideally within retail environments.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and ability to use retail Point of Sale systems.
• A strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail setting.

Salary and Job Details

The salary range for this role is between $11.44 and $13.17 per hour, adjusted based on regional market conditions and ensuring compliance with local minimum wage laws.
