Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Vending Machine Stockist to join our expanding vending location network within the Canberra-Queanbeyan region. This full-time, permanent role is field-based and requires frequent travel to service multiple vending sites daily. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Workdays are typically Monday to Friday, with an average of eight hours per day starting between 6 and 7 am.

Key Duties

• Travel to assigned vending machine locations to restock inventory, maintain cleanliness, and uphold presentation standards.
• Manage stock collection, verification, and delivery from the Distribution Centre.
• Update vending machine systems with accurate stock counts and product details.
• Conduct basic machine operations checks and escalate technical issues when identified.
• Provide professional support to customers and venue partners on-site.

Candidate Profile

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Possession of a valid Australian full driver's licence is mandatory; MR or HR licence is preferred.
• Physically capable of handling product cases weighing up to 16kg for eight hours daily.
• Prior experience in merchandising, delivery driving, field operations, or comparable roles is beneficial.
• Confident and professionally presented as a brand representative at customer locations.
• Efficient time management skills to meet service schedules.
