Specialized Teacher (H/F)

About the Organization

The Association Le Parc comprises five medico-social institutions and employs 180 staff members. It is recruiting one specialized teacher at the Institute of Sensory Education (IES) Paul Cézanne to support young people with auditory disabilities or severe learning and language difficulties, with or without additional disabilities.

Position Details

This is a full-time fixed-term contract position available from August 26, 2026, to October 16, 2026. The role falls under Collective Agreement 66 and includes continuity of seniority. Working days are Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement pedagogical activities within an interdisciplinary team.
• Set up teaching methods and adapt educational approaches aligned with the institutional project.
• Support and accompany the development of the youth’s skills.
• Enhance communication development.
• Create and execute personalized support projects for young people.

Specific Duties

• Collaborate in developing a pedagogical progression.
• Carry out pedagogical sequences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of the challenges faced by children and adolescents with sensory disabilities and/or severe learning and language difficulties (TSL).
• Innovative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of compensation tools for disabilities related to auditory and language disorders.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Master’s degree in MEEF or CAPEJS diploma.
• Experience in education and specialized teaching.
• Proficiency in French Sign Language (LSF).
