Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all treatments with enthusiasm, care, confidence, and professionalism.
• Customize each therapy based on individual guest preferences, wellness objectives, and consultation results.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful, intuitive service throughout the guest experience.
• Establish sincere connections with guests while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide outstanding experiences that foster guest loyalty and repeat visits.
• Execute massage therapies, facials, body treatments, hammam rituals, and other wellness experiences adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain impeccable treatment quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation consistently.
• Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments and restore them afterward.
• Ensure all equipment, linens, and treatment products meet luxury presentation criteria.
• Offer discreet, tailor-made, and polished service to VIP guests, including Royal Family members, executives, and celebrities.
• Maintain composure, confidence, and problem-solving focus when addressing demanding guest expectations.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Recommend retail products and wellness programs based on guest consultations and treatment effectiveness.
• Educate guests on at-home care routines to prolong treatment benefits.
• Support Spa Reception during busy periods by welcoming guests, assisting with bookings, and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with the reception team to ensure a seamless and consistently luxurious guest experience.
• Maintain effective communication with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the highest grooming standards, professionalism, and luxury hospitality etiquette.
• Participate in ongoing training, briefings, and service improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and internal company policies.
• Contribute to building a positive, respectful, and guest-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
• All relevant professional licenses must be valid and up-to-date.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Highly dependable and responsible work ethic.
