Role Overview

As a member of the Solutions Engineering team within Notion's sales division, you will assist both prospective and current customers in understanding how Notion can integrate with their existing technology and help with complex implementations. Responsibilities include supporting sales with customer engagements, answering detailed technical questions, guiding deployments, presenting custom solutions, gathering product feedback, collaborating with marketing on technical communication, educating the sales team, and maintaining internal technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of four years’ experience as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Capability to comprehend and articulate API applications supporting complex customer workflows.
• Experience with third-party integrations related to IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
• Proven project management skills including overseeing complex projects to successful completion.
• A growth-oriented mindset comfortable with rapidly evolving teams and industries.
• Adaptability to swift business changes.
• Fluency in French is essential.

Desirable Skills

• Experience as an early employee in a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Familiarity with Notion platform usage.
• Basic coding ability to script with Notion API.
• Knowledge of designing and working with relational databases.

Compensation and Opportunities

Notion offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits. The anticipated on-target annual earnings range from €119,000 to €133,000, depending on various factors such as location and experience.
