Job Description and Responsibilities
- Initiate and cultivate potential client opportunities via multiple channels such as cold outreach, networking, and industry gatherings.
- Master the intricate details of our HR software offerings and clearly communicate their benefits to prospects.
- Engage clients through consultative selling by understanding their unique challenges and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Control the full sales process from first contact, product demonstration, negotiations to deal closure.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding by cooperating with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships post-sale to guarantee satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and gain referrals.
- Accurately document sales activities and client communications.
- Develop and sustain robust partnerships with existing business allies, uncover opportunities for collaboration, and support mutual growth efforts.
Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation and consultative sales approaches.
- Highly motivated with a focus on results and the capacity to work independently.
