Role Description

This technical position centers on growth engineering with a strong emphasis on experimentation and conversion rate optimization. You will contribute across the Next.js web platform and React Native/Expo mobile applications using TypeScript and React expertise. The role encourages shipping rapidly, learning from analytics, and iterative improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer-facing experiments such as A/B tests, onboarding processes, landing pages, and funnel optimizations on web and app platforms.
• Quickly develop prototypes to test new user experiences prioritizing rapid feedback over final polish.
• Utilize GrowthBook or comparable experimentation and feature flag tools to execute and optimize tests.
• Integrate event tracking and analytics to evaluate experiment impact and user interactions.
• Maintain clean, modular TypeScript and React codebases within Next.js and React Native/Expo environments.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to validate hypotheses and deploy effective customer improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise with React and TypeScript on web platforms, with bonus points for React Native experience.
• Strong passion for conversion rate optimization, experimentation methodologies, and understanding user behavior beyond mere coding.
• Comfortable navigating rapidly evolving environments where not every test leads to permanent features.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, feature flagging, and analytics platforms is essential.
• Excellent communicator capable of working independently across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrates ownership mentality focusing on impact and results rather than just completing tasks.
