Software Developer (Entry Level/New Graduate)

Overview

This role involves managing the entire software development lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into functional features. Responsibilities include overseeing development teams, conducting software testing and maintenance, and delivering solutions that adhere to technical and security standards. Projects focus on translating user needs into technical designs, coding, and preparing design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret user requirements to develop technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software while thoroughly documenting the software development process.
• Perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and rectify faults within core system and software components.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, logging, error handling, and performance benchmarks.
• Assess and recommend new technologies that align with systems and processes, accounting for impact across the ecosystem.
• Adhere to release management procedures including version control practices.
• Assist in the documentation and interpretation of client requirements.
• Primarily serve business groups within the organization, with potential enterprise-wide responsibilities.
• Exercise problem-solving skills independently within defined guidelines and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Apply risk management principles aligned with organizational policies, ensuring decisions support strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $61,600 to $113,900 annually, with actual pay determined based on location, experience, skills, education, and qualifications. Compensation may include commission structures and performance-based incentives. Part-time salaries will be prorated accordingly.
