Role Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking a Social Video Creator on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to consistently produce high-quality video content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of what content performs best on these channels.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish engaging social-first video content daily across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Handle the complete production process, including idea generation, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Create video content for various brands under YOUNG.Media, adapting style and messaging to suit different audiences.
- Monitor and convert trending topics, news, and relevant themes into timely, captivating videos.
- Experiment with and refine video formats based on data insights and platform changes to improve performance.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in video content creation, either solo or within a professional setting.
- In-depth knowledge of short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including factors influencing content success.
- Capability to work quickly and autonomously while consistently delivering quality content.
- A proactive, iterative approach focused on testing, learning, and continuous enhancement without strict guidelines.
- Strong audience-centric mindset to craft videos that effectively engage and retain viewers.
