Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will act as a strategic and creative leader responsible for delivering impactful outcomes across multiple social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube Shorts. The role balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution to foster engagement and guide compelling content tailored to client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for multiple client accounts across social media channels.
- Define and monitor content objectives aligned with client goals like awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients.
- Proactively propose fresh campaign ideas, formats, and initiatives anticipating client needs.
- Oversee content creation pipelines from concept through execution, including briefing creative teams and reviewing deliverables ensuring alignment with brand and strategy.
- Ensure all content is social-first, platform-appropriate, timely, and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, video production, and influencer teams to bring content to life.
- Engage directly with community management tasks such as comment response, tone moderation, and participating in live cultural moments or events.
- Write copy, storyboard content, and occasionally produce quick videos to support content needs.

- Experienced leading client discussions and presenting campaign performance data.
- Versatile in managing teams as well as executing hands-on tasks.
- Deeply knowledgeable of evolving social media trends, platform-specific nuances, and content types.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in community or social media management focused on content creation and audience engagement.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing social media presence for major B2C brands.
- Prior agency experience managing multiple client relationships.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with adaptability for various platform tones and audiences.
- Proficient in analyzing social media performance metrics to adjust strategies and quantify impact.
- Creative thinker capable of generating innovative content concepts.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
