About the Role

Grurus Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to boost our digital presence and generate a dependable flow of quality inquiries for multiple leading real estate projects. This role focuses on creating and implementing compelling campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) designed to attract and convert high-value prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging multi-format campaigns including video walkthroughs and project highlight reels.
• Design high-impact lead generation strategies utilizing lead magnet ads, carousel displays of floor plans and pricing, and interactive stories.
• Manage remarketing funnels to capture attention and build trust, effectively driving motivated buyers and investors to our sales team.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with strong creativity, a results-oriented mindset, and experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector or related fields who can independently manage social media campaigns that convert traffic into viable leads.

Perks

Salary range from 15,000 to 65,000 INR per month.
