Job Summary
The Social Media Executive will manage and enhance the digital presence of clients on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This full-time role based in Kolkata involves creating compelling digital content, engaging with online audiences, supporting digital campaigns, and fostering brand growth. Both freshers and those with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts including planning, scheduling, and publishing diverse content.
- Create various content formats such as reels, stories, posts, product visuals, and short videos coupled with engaging captions and hashtags.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team during photo and video shoots and assist in influencer marketing efforts.
- Engage actively with the community by responding to comments, messages, and customer reviews across social channels and WhatsApp.
- Drive brand visibility by boosting follower growth and engagement while analyzing competitors and market trends.
- Assist in creating and managing Facebook and Instagram promotional campaigns including product launches and seasonal offers.
- Manage YouTube channel operations including video uploads, optimizing metadata for SEO, and subscriber interaction.
- Maintain content calendars, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants aged between 21 and 36 years.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply; however, 1 to 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, basic video editing, and copywriting.
- Knowledge of reels and short-form content creation and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience or interest in AI tools is an advantage.
