Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, the Site Superintendent supervises and coordinates all construction activities on site within the Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC. The position demands ensuring projects adhere to safety, budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Review subcontracts to verify scope accuracy and shared understanding among all parties.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project goals and specifications.

  • Facilitate weekly meetings with subcontractors to plan and coordinate site operations smoothly.
