Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Site Engineers to strengthen our teams located in North County Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the precision of plans, drawings, and quantity calculations.
• Interpret and monitor contract design documents provided by clients or architects.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and site personnel.
• Conduct setting out operations utilizing company-designated instruments.
• Oversee and supervise the work carried out by subcontractors.
• Report progress updates and highlight any challenges to the Package Manager.
• Offer technical support and resolve unforeseen technical issues as they arise.
• Manage quality assurance processes and coordinate BCAR compliance.
• Ensure adherence to planning regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide periodic weekly and monthly data reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Extensive experience functioning as a Senior Site Engineer within either a Developer environment or as a Main Contractor.
• Proficient with setting out techniques using tools such as Total Station and GPS.
• Possession of a full, clean, manual driver’s license is mandatory.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
