Key Duties

• Collaborate closely with the Site Director to manage site operations according to Applegreen's operations manual, procedures, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Applegreen’s standards.
• Contribute to driving sales and reaching sales goals.
• Handle administrative duties including cash and stock management.
• Lead, motivate, coach and train employees to enhance their development and store performance.
• Take charge of the site during the Site Director's absence.
• Maintain full flexibility in work hours as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
• Positive and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Eager to learn new tasks and adapt to change.
