About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor for Plastic Injection Molding to join our young team at priomold GmbH. This position involves leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth and timely production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively lead your shift team by managing deployment schedules, shift handovers, and conducting regular feedback and employee discussions.
• Develop team members purposefully and onboard new colleagues effectively.
• Resolve conflicts, make shift-related decisions, and represent your team in communications with other departments.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth and punctual production workflows.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and workplace safety during your shift.
• Provide technical support and assistance to your team as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in plastic injection molding.
• Preferably previous leadership experience.
• Structured and responsible approach to work.
• Solution-oriented thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and quality awareness.
• High sense of responsibility regarding orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety combined with a hands-on attitude and exemplary behavior within the team.
