About the Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a well-organized Service Planner to join their Campbellfield team on a full-time basis. This role requires strong administrative and communication capabilities within the pest control service sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule routine pest control field service activities efficiently.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of all Service Technician appointments, monitoring any deviations from set divisional standards and reporting to your line manager.
  • Arrange installations and ensure job completions meet divisional timing requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints related to services, organizing additional non-standard service visits where necessary.
  • Manage all documentation and administrative tasks associated with service activities, including processing of documents through the Branch Contracts Computer System.
  • Verify that technicians complete and record daily tasks accurately according to divisional protocols.
  • Generate and provide management with ongoing reports concerning service status, job tracking, customer service history, technician productivity, and client retention.
  • Maintain and update reporting spreadsheets within designated deadlines.
