Service Executive

Overview

Mani Sales (Bangalore) is seeking enthusiastic and technically proficient Service Executives to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing support for electrical products. This role requires significant fieldwork and coordination with the Bangalore office to deliver prompt and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical products at customer locations.
• Deliver technical assistance and after-sales support to builders, contractors, panel builders, and individual clients.
• Identify and troubleshoot product issues and implement solutions within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain detailed service records, installation logs, and gather customer feedback.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers on proper use and upkeep of the products.
• Meet assigned service targets while upholding quality standards.
• Undertake extensive travel within the designated area for service operations.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical equipment installation, maintenance, or field servicing.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical products and systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Capable of working independently in field conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates are preferred to meet the role's physically demanding field requirements.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is required.
