Senior React Developer (m/f/d)

Role Overview

You'll work independently while influencing architectural decisions, driving development process improvements, and utilizing AI tools to enhance coding efficiency and maintain superior code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of web application lifecycle using latest technologies and best coding standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create solutions targeted at climate-related challenges.
• Take initiative to improve development workflows and cultivate a culture focused on performance and engineering excellence.
• Integrate AI-assisted programming tools within the development process to accelerate delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years’ experience in software development.
• Advanced proficiency in React framework, Python, FastAPI, Redux Toolkit, and TanStack Router.
• Comfortable leveraging AI coding utilities to speed up development.
• Background in implementing AI-based functionalities.
• Experience in crafting intricate form interactions utilizing react-hook-form and zod while ensuring smooth responsiveness.
• Skills in Tailwind CSS and adoption of up-to-date user interface development methodologies.
• Capability to discern genuine business value amidst emerging technology trends.
• Knowledgeable in Docker containerization, AWS, and cloud-native system design.
• Experienced in troubleshooting and fixing issues in production environments.
• Proven leadership in steering sizeable, complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong English communication skills; prior remote or distributed team work is advantageous.
