Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a preference for strong accounting expertise.
• Have 2 to 5 years of professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
• Experience in preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Track record supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Hands-on experience performing financial reconciliations, detailed financial analysis, and data validation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, accruals, prepayments, and management of fixed assets.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax and Zakat laws is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formula usage.
• Experience in financial modeling, preparing budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting techniques.
• Proficient in using Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools for data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP.
• Strong analytical capacity to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to develop concise financial reports and management summaries.
