About the Role

We are representing a partner company seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Germany. This role invites you to join an innovative remote marketing team where creativity and data analytics combine to produce measurable business results across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, monitor, and refine digital campaigns over various online platforms to drive business growth.
Manage and optimize paid advertising initiatives on Meta Ads and Google Ads to increase efficiency and ROI.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Enhance website effectiveness by applying SEO techniques, improving user experience, and boosting conversion rates.
Oversee and update website content via WordPress, ensuring high accuracy, smooth functionality, and an appealing user experience.
Coordinate social media content schedules and support digital content distribution.
Develop and optimize CRM and marketing automation campaigns to strengthen customer interaction and lead nurturing.
Produce detailed performance reports, present findings and recommendations, and collaborate with designers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
Identify and pursue opportunities for ongoing improvement of marketing strategies and customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related campaign management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns, specifically with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and CRM systems.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO, website optimization, digital analytics, and conversion rate enhancement.
Proven ability to manage several marketing projects simultaneously, handling priorities and stakeholder communication effectively.
Excellent analytical, data reporting, problem-solving, and interpretation capabilities.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within remote, cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing automation software is an asset.
Background in education, training, regulated sectors, or distributed marketing teams is desirable.
